Villa Margherita - Levanto

The villa is an Art Nouveau mansion set in a small park with three large gardens arranged on as many terraces. Each green area is equipped with loungers, chairs and tables, providing perfect nooks and crannies for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscape.

Over the past two years, we have designed five rooms, each characterized by a unique style, yet harmoniously integrated into the architectural context of the villa. Our intervention also focused on creating elegant and functional bathrooms, offering the client a variety of solutions for space arrangement and material matching. Through the use of 3D renders and views, the client was able to evaluate and choose between different design options. For the wall and floor coverings, we selected high-quality materials that respected the historic character of the villa.

The same approach was applied to the furniture in the rooms, where fabrics and wallpaper were chosen to give the rooms personality. Special attention was given to the choice of colors, aimed at creating a color harmony that would enhance the period floors.

Wall decorations and custom-made furniture were designed to finish the rooms with consistency and elegance. For lighting, we opted for wall sconces that integrate functionality and style, complementing the refined atmosphere of the rooms.

This project represents a perfect balance between respect for tradition and innovation, providing the client with a comfortable and classy environment where every detail has been taken care of with the utmost attention.
